We are seeking a highly skilled 2D Concept Artist to join our team at Qubit Labs. As a senior member of our art team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs for characters, environments, and props in our mobile game project.
Responsibilities
* Storyboarding and Sketching: Develop rough sketches, thumbnails, and storyboards to explore and visualize initial ideas for stories and characters.
* Design: Create unique visual designs for characters, environments, and props, aligning with the project's style and artistic direction.
* Render: Refine sketches and designs based on feedback to create the final art that meets the project's needs.
* Research and Reference Gathering: Study various visual styles, cartoons, popular games, and other relevant sources to ensure the art is solid and authentic.
* Collaboration: Work closely with art leads, game designers, animators, and other team members to ensure design alignment with the product.
* Efficient Time Management: Work efficiently to achieve estimated times for each phase and meet delivery dates.
Requirements
* Strong artistic skills with a deep understanding of anatomy, perspective, isometry, color, and composition.
* Highly creative and imaginative with the ability to generate original ideas and concepts that stand out.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
