Job Overview
This ESG Data Manager Leader will be responsible for leading the development of our standard reporting effort, ensuring that ESG data reflects the company's approach and alignment with appropriate frameworks. The successful candidate will oversee the company's ESG data management software, drive its development and expansion where necessary, and partner with colleagues to progress reporting on material topics.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and report complex data. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with internal and external stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as sustainability, environmental science, or data management, is required, along with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sustainability data management, ESG reporting, or a related field.
