Job Responsibilities

  • Content Review: Review and moderate German content on the platform to ensure that it complies with the company's policies, guidelines, and community standards.
  • Evaluate Content: Assess various forms of content (text, images, videos) for harmful, inappropriate, or offensive material and take appropriate actions such as flagging, removing, or reporting.
  • Real-Time Decision Making: Make quick, efficient decisions to ensure content meets safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Safety and Compliance: Identify and address violations related to safety, harassment, hate speech, or other inappropriate content while ensuring the platform remains a positive space for users.
