Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and supporting our members through various stages of their journey with us.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. You will be responsible for guiding them through move-ins, move-outs, payments, and other related matters. This may involve handling critical issues, documents, contract inquiries, billing, and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their journey with Jobtome-All
  • Provide timely and professional responses to incoming support requests via various channels (tickets, chats, calls)
  • Handle critical issues, documents, contract inquiries, billing, and collections requests
  • Support collection activities to ensure timely collection of receivables
  • Prioritize and manage support tickets, chats, and calls to maintain high service levels and an updated pipeline

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid degree or certification in a relevant field (customer service, hospitality, communication, business administration)
  • 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced customer service or support roles, preferably in real estate or hospitality
  • Full-working proficiency in English required; German, Portuguese, Italian, or Spanish a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional member experiences
