About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Game Support Advisor Team as a Customer Service Representative with Technical Expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries efficiently across different channels, developing and maintaining in-depth technical knowledge of the products and services, managing and logging all calls accurately following company procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate and timely resolutions to issues.
- Develop Technical Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of the products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and developments.
- Manage Calls and Correspondence: Manage and log all calls accurately following company procedures, ensuring that customer information and concerns are documented properly.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong problem-solving and customer service skills, fluency in Hebrew and English, and experience in tech support or gaming-related roles. You must also be able to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
