**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. As a senior Data Analyst, you will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to drive decision-making and shape the future of our organization. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that align with our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new KPIs and improve existing ones in collaboration with business stakeholders, translating their potential for the business.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, and product) to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify data-related issues and creatively resolve them to ensure continuous flow of reliable data.
- Ensure data validity, consistency, and integrity across all datasets used for analysis.
- Recommend improvements in data processing, reporting, and analysis to increase efficiency and enhance data-driven decision-making.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Advanced degree in STEM subjects, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role or similar position, preferably with customer analytics and business KPIs.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) mandatory. Experience in Python preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets.
