- Provide customer support to wholesalers and distributors who purchase client products.
- Answer general inquiries from consumers and healthcare providers.
This role involves navigating commercial tools and sites, providing assistance, and ensuring a consumer or healthcare provider receives prompt, complete, and professional customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying potential Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), documenting case notes in the customer relationship management system, and performing other duties as required.
