About the RoleAs a Financial Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting processes within our Communication team, maintaining quality and effectiveness of finance processes, and providing accurate information to internal and external business partners.
- You will have an active part in communicating with internal and external business partners, mostly focused on payment and invoicing related requests resolution;
- You will handle communication via MS Outlook, internal communication systems, and phone;
- You will contribute to the development of robotics and automation processes;
- You will extract reports from the system and analyze them;
- You will assist in clearing and maintaining suppliers' accounts;
- You will ensure reconciliation of balances with suppliers.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Management, International Business, or equivalent field;
- Fluency in English (knowledge of German would be a plus);
- A willingness to work in an international and multi-cultural environment;
- Good knowledge of Outlook and MS Office tools, such as Excel;
- A willingness to understand treasury policy concerning regular payments;
- A team player with a proactive and flexible mindset.
