**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing data in SAP with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the Procurement department in ensuring seamless SAP operations.
- Collaborate on the coordination and support for French perimeter on ARP project and Train activities.
- Manage escalations and subcontractor activities for responsible scope of services.
- Maintain regular communication with strategic buyers in central Procurement commodities.
- Foster stakeholder relationships with multiple functions, such as strategic and operational procurement.
- Contribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-the-art processes and tools.
- Provide daily support to buyers, including explaining SAP Golden Rules and data processes.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or technical training background in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or business administration.
- 3 years of experience in IT Systems, specifically with SAP.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
- Google Suite knowledge is a plus.
- A strong ability to communicate effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Delivery-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Analytical and open to new ways of working.
- A team player comfortable with remote working.
