Job Description:

As a Purchasing Controller at Bosch Portugal, you will be responsible for worldwide purchasing controlling for Categories in responsibility. This involves close collaboration with Category Management in regard to planning, prognosis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly reporting (MCR - material cost report)
  • Business Partnering for Category Management: Preparation and further development of data analysis, standard and ad-hoc reports
  • Collaboration in worldwide process teams: optimization and further development of processes, represent interests of the team
  • PUSH digitalization and automation in direct purchasing controlling
  • Participation in digitalization initiatives

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience: Previous experience in controlling, preferably in (purchasing) controlling, is an advantage
  • Know-How: Advanced proficiency in IT tools, particularly MS Office (Excel), SAP, and Power BI (will be a plus)
  • Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
  • Cross-functional and process-oriented mindset, with an understanding of workflow optimization
  • Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory). German language skills are an advantage
