Job Description

As a Cloud Computing Strategic Business Development Manager at Engineeringuk in Portugal, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive top-line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption across all market segments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving executive and field relationships with leading system integrators and consulting firms.
  • Establishing and growing business and technical relationships, and managing day-to-day interactions with these accounts.
  • Helping manage and drive joint engagements between SIs, AWS Partner and Account Management Teams.
  • Supporting partners on solution support & pricing constructs.
  • Liaising with the Partner's field sales organization, channels and end customers to help create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS.
  • Building a strategic business development plan for target markets and ensuring it is in line with the AWS strategic direction.

You will work closely with regional and country Partner Success Management, and AWS account teams in a highly collaborative operating model to help develop pipeline specific to the assigned SI. As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for driving executive and field relationships with leading system integrators and consulting firms.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's Degree in business or related field.
  • Significant experience in partner management, sales, business development.
  • Experience building industry and workload specific value propositions and integrating them in regional sales GTM.
  • Consistently exceeded quota and key performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.

This role requires a deep understanding of cloud computing, big data and analytics, networking, security, storage and ongoing infrastructure management. You should also have broad based technology experience including cloud computing, big data and analytics, networking, security, storage and ongoing infrastructure management.

The estimated salary for this position is around €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
