Eurofins Poland Business Services is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing customer invoicing and intercompany accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer invoicing and intercompany accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions
- Process invoices, reconcile sales, and resolve issues with missing invoices
- Import and reconcile bank statements, collect money by direct debit, and prepare unallocated cash reports
- Ensure month-end activities are completed, including bank reconciliations, sales reconciliations, and accruals posting
- Update process catalogues and propose changes in cooperation with company departments
- Participate in knowledge transfer meetings and prepare AR process overviews for the business
Requirements
- Experience in finance, preferably in AR department
- Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Diligence, reliability, attention to details, and good organization skills
