About the Role

As an Electrical Project Leader for Siemens Energy, you will be responsible for leading and managing electrical engineering projects from initial feasibility through to completion. With a strong focus on the energy sector, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects in the energy sector.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, bid, construction, commissioning, and quality health and safety.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Identify risks and opportunities, define strategies, and manage them effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and Siemens Energy guidelines.

What You Bring
- A degree or integrated master's in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in managing electrical engineering projects for the energy sector.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, circuit design, power distribution, and control systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of engineers and technicians.
- Proficient in project management tools like MS Project.

Location
The role is based in Portugal, Porto, but requires frequent travel to different locations within Germany, including Erlangen and Karlsruhe.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is €80,000-€120,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company also offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous paid time off.
