We are seeking a highly motivated Research Technician to join our team at the Champalimaud Foundation. The selected candidate will work on a project in the research group of Dr. Klaas van Gisbergen in the Tissue Immunity Lab.
Key Responsibilities- Lab management and planning of experiments

- Development of memory T cells in infection and tumor settings
The aim of the project is to understand how T cells can be optimally geared to fight solid tumors using vaccination strategies. We will explore how vaccination approaches can induce resident memory T cells to improve immune defense against cancer.
About the LabThe lab of Tissue Immunity focuses on the development of memory T cells in infection and tumor settings and the transcriptional and molecular pathways underlying T cell differentiation. The lab is embedded in the department of Cancer and Physiology at the Champalimaud Foundation.
Requirements- BSc/MSc in Biomedical Sciences or related areas
- Excellent level of English
