To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- +3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
- Proficiency in Powershell and network fundamentals;
- Experience with Python or other programming languages is a plus;
- SQL knowledge is also a plus;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Must be located in Porto or Lisbon (mandatory).
