Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Devoteam. This role plays a pivotal part in acquiring top-tier talent to match internal job requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment process: source, recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled professionals.
  • Develop a network of professionals through creative sourcing, referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct effective interviews to match candidates' qualifications with internal job requirements.
  • Ensure job openings are filled promptly and accurately, and assist in creating detailed job descriptions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple recruitment platforms.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Achievement-focused, resilient, authentic & trustworthy.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
