About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Alter Solutions. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have experience in configuration, coding, and development of custom applications using ServiceNow's tools and modules. You will work closely with our team to analyze user requirements, develop reusable utilities, and create system technical design and specifications documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Service Request process flows using Service Catalog, Workflow, Events, and Notifications
- Configuring and customizing Service Portal according to user requirements
- Coding UI changes, Workflows, Reports, data Imports, Integrations, scripting, and custom application development
- Developing reusable utilities to maintain low-code
- Responsible for developing ServiceNow applications, including automation of processes, customizations, Integrations (SOAP/REST), scheduled events, Server-side/Client-side scripting, and AngularJS to meet business requirements
- Analyzing and understanding user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap
- Performing system and integration testing by providing test data for respective scenarios developed
- Providing support to Analysts on technical feasibilities or data
Requirements:
- Computer Science or equivalent degree
- Experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App-Engine for Scoped Applications, ITBM, and Service Portal technologies
- Knowledge of ServiceNow GRC/IRM, SecOps, BCM is preferred but not required
- Excellent English language skills (Mastery)
