Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Resolution Professional to join our team at Randstad II - Prestação de Serviços, Limitada. As a member of our Global Business Services (GBS) unit, you will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining end-to-end business processes across finance, human resources, sales support, and procurement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and explain deviations in warranty process handling.
- Ensure that findings from warranty audits are reflected in chargebacks to after-sales partners.
- Monitor open claims and proactively manage adjustments based on defined criteria.
Requirements:
- Business background (e.g. studies or apprenticeship).
- IT-affinity and ideally experience in optimizing processes with the help of RPA.
- Experience working with SAP is a plus.
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills.
- Good analytical skills and a feel for the overall context.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Independent, structured, and efficient way of working, strong attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills and enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
