We are seeking an experienced Windows Client Engineer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and creating automated software installations and distributing them efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create automated software installations and ensure smooth distribution of applications.
- Provide 2 & 3 level support for problems relating to package installations and their uninstallation for the Windows client.
- Support customers in the introduction of new applications and advise on the creation of software packages.
- Help with planned services (on-call, PointOfContact) with software rollouts and post-processing.
- Improve and automate software packaging and distribution as well as post-processing using scripting skills.
Professional Experience/Expertise:
- Experience in Windows Client Engineering.
- Knowledge of MSI technology and PowerShell.
- Contact with endpoint management such as Intune or SCCM/Configuration Manager.
- Analytical and conceptual skills, working in a structured manner.
- Desirable knowledge of programming small tools in C-Sharp or another developer language.
Social Skills and Characteristics:
- Strong team player mentality.
- Curious and eager to take on new challenges.
- Independent and structured work style.
