The Radiology Units Ops Lead will play a crucial part in driving operational excellence across Radiology Units, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet and exceed customer expectations. As a key member of the Unilabs team, you will be responsible for sustaining and improving Radiology Operational Strategy to enhance efficiency levels, standardize procedures, reduce scan and changeover times, and optimize exam protocols with Medical Teams.
You will work closely with Retail Teams, IT, Engineering, and Infrastructure Departments to develop and implement processes and procedures that align with Lighthouse Vision. This includes Management (Staffing, Ops KPI, P&L Analysis), Exam Scheduling (Agenda Optimization, Omnichannel Booking, Digitalization), Entry & Admission (Patient Flow, Fast Check-in, etc.), Examination Standardizations & Protocols, and Results Delivery.
As an experienced professional in management/operational roles, preferably in public and private healthcare systems or on the healthcare industries, you will bring strong analytical skills, a structured problem-solving mindset, and exceptional communication and influencing skills. You will be responsible for applying internal processes & procedures in line with Lighthouse Vision, driving process improvements, and championing digitization and data-driven decision-making.
