We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our team in Lisbon. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial planning and controlling of utilities at a group level.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will ensure the alignment of finance managers and divisions, while also being responsible for the utility financial modeling.
This role requires strong business modeling capabilities, analytical skills, and the ability to question and challenge. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
They will also be responsible for ensuring the follow-up of main projects related to sustainability in facility management (CapEx and Opex).
Requirements- Experience in Controlling, preferably in the real estate sector
- Highly experienced in Business Controlling
- Strong Business modeling capabilities
- Curious, strong analytical skills, ability to question and challenge
- Deliverable driven, able to work with short deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to switch from big picture to detailed view
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accounting background is expected
