Native Language Customer Service Representative:

We are seeking a highly skilled Native Language Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Customer Success Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or social media.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues with creativity and resourcefulness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Meet key performance indicators to ensure the success of your department.

Requirements:

  • A native level of German and at least a B2 level of English.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Valid Portuguese work permit required.
