About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Strategy Analyst & Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Costs Planning & Controlling: Manage costs closing monthly process with local teams, accounting functions, and business to collect comments and translate them into clear explanations/action items.
  • Functional Costs Governance: Maintain and develop costs reporting platform in collaboration with P&C FF Costs and Reporting Factory Teams.
  • Drive transformation projects: Review and document existing processes, run workshops and alignment discussions, summarize in actions plans and prepare project material such as steercos, decks, training calls.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in any field.
  • Strong preference for applicants with 1-3 years of experience as Business Analyst or Associate in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
  • IT: excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
