About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to lead our Accounts Payable operations in xFCA and xPSA entities. As a key member of our team, you will oversee day-to-day activities, focusing on high-volume transactions with medium complexity. Your expertise in finance/accounting and internal control will be invaluable in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable operations in xFCA and xPSA entities
- Collaborate with third-party service providers to ensure efficient transaction processing
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including peers and business partners
- Analyze and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Strong finance/accounting background with experience in internal control
- Proactive business style with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in English
