About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated research fellow to join our team and contribute to the development of bioprocesses for CAR-T cell manufacture and methodologies for their characterization. As a research fellow, you will work closely with our team to identify and develop new methodologies for CAR-T cell characterization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize bioprocesses for CAR-T cell manufacturing.
- Analyze data and identify trends to inform process improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and develop new methodologies for CAR-T cell characterization.
- Communicate results and progress to the team and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Biological Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, or related fields.
- Experience in mammalian or human stem cell culture techniques, lentiviral transduction protocols, and analytics for characterization of cells.
- Strong knowledge of bioprocess development and optimization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
