Risk Management Expertise
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Risk Management Department as the Head of Operational Risk. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing operational risk and ICT events and losses, leading the Bank's Risk Control Self-Assessment process, and providing independent advice on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks and ICT events and losses
  • To lead the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures
  • To provide expert advice on risk assessment and mitigation strategies to support business growth and minimize risk
  • To coordinate the Bank's risk reports to shareholders and stakeholders

Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in advisory services for financial institutions or in a financial institution
Degree in management, economics, or finance
Fluency in English
Knowledge of regulatory topics such as EBA's Operational Risk regulation and guidelines, CRR III, DORA, BCBS 239, ISO 27001/2, NIST
Knowledge of Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as a team
Ability to work under pressure with demanding deadlines and to allocate time effectively.
