Your Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust web applications using React for the frontend and Java for the backend.

You will also drive technical innovation by researching and integrating new technologies and frameworks, as well as collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React and Java.
  2. Proven experience in leading teams and projects, with a passion for mentoring others.
  3. A solid understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
  4. Strong analytical skills with a knack for troubleshooting and optimizing performance.
  5. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
Nice to Have

The following skills are not mandatory but would be beneficial:

  1. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  2. Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration tools.
  3. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
