Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary of €985, accompanied by a meal allowance of €7.63 per day. Additionally, you will receive a signing bonus of €3,940, plus a language bonus and flexible benefits package. Our comprehensive health insurance ensures your well-being, while our shuttle service provides convenient transportation between home and office.
Job Description
As an Italian Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing, classifying, and eliminating content according to client guidelines using specific tools and channels. You will need to understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines. Your key responsibilities include investigating, resolving, and relaying complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team, serving as an advocate for the user community, participating in process improvement initiatives, and engaging in conversations around socially sensitive topics to keep our communities safe.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills. You should have a keen eye for detail and strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture are essential. You must also be able to work well individually and as part of a team, adapting to differing rotations and shifts.
