Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Change bed linens and towels as required, ensuring they are replaced promptly and consistently
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and inventory levels
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to the management team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role (preferable but not essential)
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
