Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at the Greenvolt Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, including processing vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify that invoices are processed accurately, adhering to specific documentation and group policy;
  • Maintain up-to-date and reconciled current accounts;
  • Review and process employee expense reports submitted through Concur software;
  • Monitor reports on the expenses process;
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, particularly the accounts payable and employee expense sections.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Administration, or related field;
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of accounting and taxation principles;
  • Familiarity with SAP Accounts Payable (AP) modules and Concur (desired);
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Team-oriented individual with adaptability to a dynamic international business environment.
