Talent Acquisition and Retention
  1. Develop and sustain an HR program for talent acquisition, talent retention, needs assessment and learning opportunities, liaising with team supervisors to ensure smooth HR management; support to senior researchers in the definition of plans for talent acquisition and retention;
  2. Ensure full employee life cycle (onboarding / offboarding) and successful employee experience, namely being responsible for the planning and execution of the onboarding process for new hires.
Organizational Culture and Change Processes
  1. Promote a good work environment among Fraunhofer Portugal teams and disseminate the organization's culture and values;
  2. Support researchers in HR-related matters, such as preparing job posts, providing training sessions on job interviews, supporting the preparation of R&D career plans, and designing annual training plans and implementing them;
