Clinical Supply Chain Manager Position

TN Portugal is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Supply Chain Manager to lead the development and optimization of the Clinical Trial Supplies department and processes.

Job Description
  • Manage the strategic planning and execution of clinical supply chain projects.
  • Support the ongoing development and optimization of the Clinical Trial Supplies department and processes.
Responsibilities
  • Interpret clinical trial protocols to create effective clinical trial supply chain solutions.
  • Create master English label text in accordance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Create and maintain demand forecasts and packaging plans for packed clinical supplies.
  • Initiate packaging campaigns with assigned vendors and provide oversight for on-time delivery.
  • Setup, monitor, and update study assigned Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems for effective inventory management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a science or business function.
  • 2-3 years of industry experience in Clinical Trials.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management.
  • Familiarity with IRT systems.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Effective communication and direction abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in the English language.
