Key Responsibilities- Conduct specimen collection, annotation, processing, and analysis under the guidance of pathologists and senior researchers;
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with precision and attention to detail;
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment;
- Collaborate with researchers to execute experiments and contribute to the development of pathology research projects;
- Assist in data interpretation, documentation, and preparation of reports for publication.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field (e.g., biology, anatomic pathology, cytology and thanatology, biomedical sciences);
- Strong understanding of laboratory techniques and scientific methodologies;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
- Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a secure laboratory environment;
- Familiarity with pathology techniques and procedures is required;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese languages.
Prior experience in a research laboratory setting is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GLP, GMP and/or IVDR) in an academic research or industry setting, as well as experience with document management systems, are also desirable.
