About the Role: As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers are set up for success with their contract terms. You will be responsible for owning and maximizing renewal value of a book of business of existing customers by building and leveraging customer relationships, channel relationships, and capturing and articulating ROI to senior customer stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate weekly forecasts for commercial growth and ensure timely renewal contracts execution.
  2. Develop strong customer engagement from onboarding through the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences that drive long-term retention.
  3. Negotiate and execute renewal contracts in accordance with customer objectives while maintaining alignment with the Sales team's forecasting, planning, and targets.
  4. Analyze data and leverage tools to identify selling opportunities and business value, driving informed decision-making across teams.
  5. Contribute to team collaboration and contribute to quarterly business reviews, staying aligned with overall sales goals and targets.
  6. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within your account portfolio, ensuring mutual understanding and cooperation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside or Field sales, preferably in SaaS retention and sales process management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in value-driven sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to creatively achieve resolutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sales and business development.
  • Fluency in French or German is highly preferred but not required.
