- Manage effectively all incoming queries in a customer service environment, focusing on technical issues.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from enterprise clients with exceptional quality and speed.
- Gather information from customers and ensure resolution of queries through effective problem-solving.
- Maintain client relationships by providing excellent product support over the phone.
- Provide high-quality service to deliver consistent satisfaction to our clients.
- Record all required data elements in CRM to provide a good follow-up and qualitative support.
- You have native level German language skills and fluency in English.
- You preferably have a previous experience of at least 6 months in Technical Support.
- You have an interest in learning and are tech savvy with excellent communication skills – both written and oral.
- You can operate effectively in high-pressure situations and are a team player, enthusiastic, and self-starter.
- You have analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- You are Customer and Quality oriented with a valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship.
