About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Head of Community to lead our community efforts across various platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and engaging our vibrant community, providing guidance and support to your team members, and overseeing the setup and management of our Discord and Telegram channels.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale communities in the fintech space, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of community engagement strategies and analytics. You will also have a solid grasp of the crypto culture and trading platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and engage our community across various platforms, including Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
- Lead a team of community managers, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor and analyze community performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement and scaling.
- Oversee the setup and management of Discord and Telegram channels, permissions, bots, and security measures.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment by enforcing community guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive community growth, brand presence, and engagement. Innovate and execute community campaigns and activation events.
- Support the social media and marketing team.
- Proven experience in managing and fostering large-scale crypto and trading communities.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of leading and inspiring a team of community managers.
- Familiarity with community platforms, engagement strategies, and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A solid understanding of the crypto culture and trading platforms.
- 5 years+ of experience in community management within the FinTech space.
