We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Team Manager to join our Shared Services team in Portugal.
About the Role:
- Lead and motivate the accounts receivable team to achieve exceptional service quality and KPIs.
- Supervise team performance, promote employee training, and document processes with team members.
- Evaluate current processes for efficiencies and best practices.
- Monitor outstanding balances and direct follow-up efforts to collect on outstanding balances in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics or Management.
- Minimum 3+ years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.
- Previous experience managing and/or supervising a team is mandatory.
- Strong commitment, motivation, and high enthusiasm.
- Advanced Knowledge in SAP and MS Office tools (mainly MS Outlook and Excel).
- Excellent English skills in speaking and writing.
