**Responsibilities**
* Facilitate Agile/Scrum/Kanban process for multiple software development teams, ensuring adherence to principles, practices, and ceremonies.* Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, emphasizing self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.* Guide the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.* Identify and address any impediments or conflicts that may hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to find appropriate solutions.* Monitor and track project progress, using agile project management tools and metrics to ensure timely delivery and meet quality standards.* Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within the team and across departments.* Continuously improve Agile processes by identifying and implementing best practices and lessons learned.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in agile methodologies, and the wind turbine industry to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the team.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and their practical application in software development projects.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are highly desirable.
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) training and experience is advantageous.
- Comprehensive leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills to ensure productive collaboration.

Vestas offers an excellent compensation package, including a salary of **€80,000 - €110,000 per year**, depending on experience.
