Job Description
The Support Engineering team at iCapital is critical to maintaining our services' reliability and being at the forefront of incident response. As an associate, you'll work closely with the Site Reliability Engineering team and have responsibilities such as:
- Monitoring our systems and responding to alerts
- Coordinating initial incident response efforts
- Working directly with our SRE team to learn and apply best practices in incident management
- Gaining valuable experience with modern observability and processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical support engineer, operations, NOC, or similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with or willingness to learn new monitoring tools
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira) and documentation platforms (Confluence)
