We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Airbus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and processes.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring consistent application of guidelines, standards, procedures, and norms. You will also be responsible for establishing process quality functions for program processes and representing the Airbus Design Organization Approval (DOA) for design conformity processes.

Additionally, you will be accountable for collaborating and connecting with multi-stakeholders to ensure design conformity and quality standards adherence, as well as aircraft configuration standards.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in quality management, DOA management, and/or process management. You should have experience with configuration management and design non-conformities processes, as well as team and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent application of guidelines, standards, procedures, and norms.
  • Establish process quality functions for program processes.
  • Represent the Airbus Design Organization Approval (DOA) for design conformity processes.
  • Collaborate and connect with multi-stakeholders to ensure design conformity and quality standards adherence.
  • Define and adapt quality measurement, reports, and analysis of airframe non-quality items.
  • Advise on quality processes and propose solutions and improvements.
Requirements
  • Diploma/master's degree in aeronautics and engineering aerospace, mechanical engineering, or other ways acquired comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of quality management, DOA management, and/or process management.
  • Relevant experience with the common quality management system (ISO 9100/9001/9004).
  • Strong analytical and systematic way of working.
  • Project management skills: understanding of the overall project management methodology.
  • Talent for agile, reliable, and fast data management.
  • Experience with configuration management and design non-conformities processes.
  • Team and communication skills.
  • Accurate work ethic.
  • Business fluent English (German desirable).
  • Experience in MS Office and G Suite.
  • Willingness to travel.
