Job Summary

The Lakhani Group, a leading luxury brand, seeks a highly skilled PR & Event Manager to enhance its public image and deliver exceptional events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in public relations and event management, with expertise in corporate, political, and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication Strategies: Develop and implement PR strategies that position The Lakhani Group as a leader in luxury development, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and oversee high-end events, including corporate, political, and real estate gatherings, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the company's brand and standards.
  • Logistics and Operations: Manage all aspects of event logistics and operations, including budgeting and resource allocation, to ensure flawless execution.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, political figures, and industry leaders, to foster collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Media and Public Relations: Collaborate with media outlets, journalists, and PR agencies to secure coverage and manage public relations efforts, ensuring a consistent and positive brand image.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all events and communications.
  • Event Budgeting: Oversee event budgets and optimize resource allocation to ensure effective use of company resources.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in event management and public relations, preferably in corporate, political, or real estate sectors.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of event management tools and PR software.
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours as required by events.
