**Your Role:**

As a Client Concierge and Advertising Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in helping businesses leverage the advertising platform to grow their brand and reach.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Outreach: Engage with new and existing clients via telephone, email, and chat, identifying opportunities to grow their businesses using Social Media advertising solutions.
  • Consultative Sales: Demonstrate a commitment to understanding each client's unique needs and providing solutions that meet their specific business objectives.
  • Portfolio Management: Develop a book of business by managing a portfolio of small to medium business clients, prioritizing outreach to maximize sales potential.
  • Customization: Tailor recommendations based on local business nuances, leveraging your knowledge of specific industries and markets to provide expert advice.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the evolving advertising products and ensure clients are adopting the right tools to optimize their performance.
  • Client Support: Provide pre- and post-sales assistance, continuously assessing and optimizing product performance to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Trend Identification: Identify trends and opportunities, sharing product insights to contribute to the development of the advertising solutions.

Your Qualifications:
