**Job Description**: As a customer service expert, you will be responsible for providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers via phone and email. You will be the owner of customer queries and ensure timely resolutions and responses.

You will build meaningful relationships with customers, answering their questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. You will meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**: To succeed in this role, you should have the ability to resolve customer concerns and create seamless customer experiences. You should be self-sufficient and confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices.

You should also be able to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish. EU citizenship or residence card is required.
