• A competitive salary ranging from €40,000 to €60,000 per year, depending on experience.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Culinary Artist. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Crafting innovative menus that showcase your creativity and culinary expertise.
• Leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Developing and implementing new recipes and menu items.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 5 years of experience as a chef or in a related field.
• Degree in culinary arts or a related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

This is a full-time position, requiring regular working hours, including evenings and weekends. You will be based in our restaurant at ROBINSON QUINTA DA RIA, with opportunities to participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your skills.
