About the Role:

  • As a Supply Chain Optimization Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish consensus forecasts and drive supply chain optimization.
  • Through data analysis, you will identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions to improve demand planning and supply chain processes.
  • Generating shipping requests to support back-office operations with our manufacturing partners will be a critical aspect of this role.
  • You will also be responsible for Master Data Management, improved automation of supply chain tools, and product lifecycle management from NPI to end-of-life.
  • Monitoring and controlling inventory levels will be essential to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Your expertise will also be utilized to support buffer stock programs and generate key business outcomes around customer intimacy, market trends, and products.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be vital to ensure accurate exchange of business data during the product lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Business Planning, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and develop insights into complex business data.
  • Attention to detail and a keen sense of urgency and deadlines.
  • A good command of Microsoft Office tools, including PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Excel, etc.
  • Kinaxis Rapid Response knowledge is required, while SAP skills are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Apics CPIM or CSCP certifications are an advantage, as well as an understanding of Lean principles.
  • Comfortable working in a remote and international teamwork environment; self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills, strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to influence internal direction.
  • Language(s): English required, French is an advantage.
