The Role
The Agile Delivery Manager will join our Strategic Change and Transformation division and be responsible for tracking and reporting on the delivery of one of Flutter Group's key strategic global technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Programme Managers and Project Managers in tracking, reporting, and delivering overall objectives.
- Developing, maintaining, and improving project management standards, processes, and templates.
- Managing the programme backlog and schedule with the Programme Manager.
- Tracking project plans, managing schedules, and overall status, including benefit tracking.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in a technology business or federated operating model. They should be comfortable delivering projects using different methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall techniques. Confluence and Jira experience is highly desirable.
