Your Role What Will You Do?
As an Indirect Purchase Administrative Specialist, you will report directly to the Indirect Purchase Administrative Manager. Your primary responsibilities include managing administrative tasks related to indirect purchases, ensuring their treatment and management. This includes:
• Cost estimates, invoices, monitoring of account statements, and dispute management with process documentation
• Processing order requests and purchase orders in internal systems, validating costs center association
• Controlling delivery deadlines for purchase orders when necessary
• Maintaining good daily operational relationships with internal customers and suppliers
• Providing Key User support for CEVA internal platforms
What Are We Looking For?
We seek candidates with at least one year of experience in similar roles, preferably within shared service environments. Strong Excel skills are essential, and Spanish proficiency (minimum C1) is mandatory.
