About the RoleYou will join our corporate product development team as an internal representative of customer requirements and expectations.
Your key responsibilities will include project management, scheduling, planning, budgeting, communication, risk management, progress monitoring, quality assurance, change management, and project evaluation.
- Project management: responsible for managing projects according to IATF 16949 and APQP framework
- Scheduling: agreement of milestones, creation and monitoring of schedules, conflict resolution
- Planning: definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Budgeting: tracking and management of project budget (cash-in/cash-out)
- Communication: communication with stakeholders and team members, organization of regular meetings and PDCA deployment
- Risk management: anticipation and mitigation of potential project issues
- Progress monitoring: comparison of project progress to plan and correction
- Quality assurance: compliance with quality, environment, and safety according to reference system and customer requirements
- Change management: implementation and management of changes (ECR) to meet project deliverables
- Project evaluation: evaluation and assessment of project result
- Technical advising: provision of technical advice to worldwide customers
- Customer visits: regular customer visits and organization of business trips
- Product development: development of products according to customer requirements within technical feasibility release from Elastomer Solutions project team
- Specification checking: checking of technical customer specification, clarification with customer, and deployment of changes
- Process participation: participation in process design, clarification of details with customer, and change proposals
- Kick-off launch: launch of technical kick-off for prototype and serial tools
- Result verification: verification of validation results and clarification with customer
- Technical support: provision of technical support in claim/failure and root cause investigation
- Goal setting: engagement with goal settings and performance assessment with department manager
University degree in engineering (mechanics, materials or similar);
Skills Required- Proficient level of English;
- Previous experience within industrial/manufacturing environment of at least 11 years, working along automotive industry;
- Proven experience working with Automotive Core Tools and standards (IATF 16949);
- Technical knowledge: product design, polymers injection process, materials;
- Target-oriented individual with excellent communication skills;
