About the Role
As a Buyer Agent at Goldcrest Real Estate, you will be the trusted advisor for foreign clients navigating the Portuguese property market. You will guide them through the entire purchasing process, from initial consultation to closing, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.

Your Responsibilities
Engage with existing clients to assess their investment requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
Serve as a key liaison between clients and the real estate market, facilitating smooth transactions.
Follow structured processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Prepare essential documents, including representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
Conduct in-depth investment analysis to provide clients with fiduciary-level service.
Communicate effectively with administrative staff to guarantee seamless support for clients from first contact to contract closing.
Participate in regular team meetings to align with company goals and strategies.
Stay up to date with real estate trends, market data, and ongoing training to enhance expertise.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a driven and client-focused professional with the following qualifications:

  • Strong sales and interpersonal skills – you listen actively and build relationships with ease.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (native-level proficiency in speaking, writing, and presenting).
  • Fluency in Portuguese to handle negotiations and coordination seamlessly.
  • 2+ years of experience in residential real estate, preferably with international clients.
  • Strong knowledge of national market, including, but not limited to, Greater Lisbon Area and Oporto and North of Portugal.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and articulate ideas with confidence.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and collaborative mindset.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and working in a results-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in client engagement and problem-solving.
