**About Us**

Nestlé Business Services (NBS) is a leading provider of supply chain, financial, HR, digital, and social media services to the Nestlé Group. We are a multicultural and diverse team of professionals passionate about digital innovation and process improvement.

We are seeking a talented individual with 5+ years of experience in communications or marketing to join our team as a Content Studio Expert. This role will support operations for the worldwide Coffee studio, partnering with Global Businesses and External Agencies to ensure its success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as SPOC for all day-to-day Content Studio operations across existing businesses.
  • Track reconciliation of projects, seek brand feedback, and suggest ways to improve the service model.
  • Help set up and maintain the 'one team' integrated project approach.
  • Drive change in the ways of working in the organization and optimize adoption of the model by Zone/markets.
  • Review agency performance and mitigate crises/project fatigue.
  • Support annual content scoping on behalf of Studio for all major geographies and businesses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in communications or marketing.
  • Experience of having worked within a brand content studio, creative agency, or consumer goods organization.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Impeccable project management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead large organizations remotely.
